General Rules for Students
- Students should be regular and punctual in attending lectures. Lecture will not be repeated unless a genuine reason is provided for absence.
- Students who are late by more than 10 minutes will not be allowed to attend class.
- Students are not allowed to loiter around class premises before or after class.
- No student will be allowed to leave early without prior permission from parents.
- Students are advised to keep their belongings carefully. We are not responsible for lost articles.
- Eating or chewing gum during class is not allowed.
- The academy reserves the right to change the timetable during holidays or breaks.
- Students should be courteous to teachers and staff members.
- Mobile phones must be switched off during lectures.
Refund Policy
- Fee must be paid on due date. Defaulters will be stopped from attending classes.
- Non-payment of fees for over 3 weeks results in Rs 500/- re-admission fee.
- No refund after joining crash course or test series.
- Pro-rata refund if student drops out mid-session, calculated on a daily basis.
- Scholarships benefits are adjusted pro-rata if student discontinues classes mid-term.
- Batch commencement date and refund application date are considered for refund calculations.
- Registration amount of Rs.5000 is non-refundable.
